Most people have read some kind of ridiculous statement in the bathroom, and maybe even chuckled at the statement. But do you dare wear the same sentiment on a t-shirt? Whether you know it or not, parts of your personality become obvious by the way you dress. whether it’s jeans and a t-shirt, or whether it’s a business suit. Now when dealing with t-shirts, you have a much deeper level of what can be revealed. If you are seen with a sport’s shirt, many will assume your thoughts revolve around sports or health, and for the most part, they’ll be accurate assumptions. On the same token, if you wore a shirt that said "Where the Ho’s At", you will be linked with promiscuous women, at least in your outward presentation.
In today’s day in age, you can find old and young people both with commentary on their t-shirts. Some are meant to inspire laughs, share an idea, and other’s are supposed to seem tough. Either way, age isn’t a factor with these shirts anymore. The only factor is how willing the person is to express themselves with said clothing. Most people are terrified to share a personal idea that everyone can look at and pay attention to.
But for every person scared to express themselves, there is another who is more than willing. Expression is absolutely vital in todays modern world, without expression, we wouldn’t have the art and music we love today. If anything, the same spirit is involved when writing on the bathroom wall, you can just sit there, or you can write something. You can have a blank shirt, or you can say something with it. The bathroom offers privacy, and with privacy, a literal aspect of anonymity when writing whatever sentiment comes to mind.
